AGRIFORUM 2019
AGRI Forum event took place on May 20th 2019 in Luxembourg in the premises of Arendt House. A special thank you goes to Arendt & Medernach and its Partner Mr. Max Kremer in person for hosting the event. We are also grateful to the keynote speakers Mr. Vazil Hudak, Vice-President of EIB and Jean-Jacques Soulacroup, Senior Loan Officer and Deputy Head of Corporate Finance Division at EIB. The information shared by all the speakers was of great value for all forum participants. We are planning to make this event one of the ULBC core initiatives in the future.
The purpose of AGRI Forum is to bring together people from the industry to exchange opinions, introduce opportunities and find things in common for potential cooperation. Ukraine is just the right market to invest in the agricultural sector. It is undoubtedly the best option if you look for development of business in this area or just aim to diversify your investments. Business climate in Ukraine is favorable for it nowadays. Any initiatives are well greeted by local business community and supported by the government.
During the Forum the participants were able to meet representatives of the leading Ukrainian Agro business, such as Kernel Group, as well as European business partners already well represented in the Ukrainian market, such as Jeantet. In addition, Forum participants learnt about green initiatives of Luxinvest.
